Design · Build · Deliver
Control the panel shop floor in real time.
KonstanTrack is a manufacturing execution system (MES) and project tracker for LV switchgear, distribution board and electrical panel manufacturers — one live source of truth for projects, build stages, quality and handover, from enquiry to delivery.
Built by an electrical engineer with hands-on panel-building experience — so KonstanTrack speaks your shop's language, not generic factory-floor theory.

The problem
The build is the easy part.
It's the paperwork, the proof and the not-knowing that cost you time and margin — three problems every growing panel shop runs into.
KonstanTrack closes these gaps — see how it works.
The dashboard
A live view of your panel shop floor.
Active projects, material readiness, build-stage progress, NCRs, approvals and handover status — all update live. The moment something changes on the floor, it changes here.

- Active projects
- Live across the shop
- On-time tasks
- Tracked to the programme
- Awaiting approval
- Supervisor sign-off
- Open NCRs
- Quality issues in progress
- At-risk jobs

Why KonstanTrack is different
Built from the panel shop floor
Designed around the real flow of LV panel work — enquiry, estimate, BOM, drawings, build, inspection and handover.
Purpose-built for panel work
KonstanTrack is built specifically for switchgear, distribution boards and panel manufacturing.
Speaks your workflow
Build stages, supervisor approvals, NCRs, FAT, O&M packs and handover records are part of the system from the start.
Direct line to the developer
Small-team support means faster answers and product improvements based on real shop-floor reality.
How it works
Design · Build · Deliver
Your workflow already runs in three stages. Step through each one to see how KonstanTrack tracks the job, so nothing slips between the enquiry and the handover.

Stage 01 / 03
Design
Get every project right before a panel is built.
Translating the enquiry into a buildable, compliant design — estimation and quoting, single-line diagrams, GA drawings, schematics, component selection and the bill of materials, all to IEC 61439 / BS 7671. This is where margin is won or lost, and where errors are cheapest to fix.
How KonstanTrack helps
- One home for every enquiry, from first contact to approved design — no lost emails or orphaned spreadsheets.
- Estimation and quote data stays linked to the job for its whole life.
- Drawing and BOM revisions tracked, so everyone works from the current version.
- Clear view of which jobs are awaiting design, in progress, or ready to release to the floor.
One audited trail per job, enquiry to handover.
What you get
Built for the job an electrical contract manager actually does.
Protect your margin
Estimation and quote data stays tied to the job from enquiry to handover, so you can see where time and cost actually went — and quote the next one better.
Know where every job really is
Live status across the floor with progress against real build stages. Percent-complete you can trust, not a guess in a Monday meeting.
Catch problems while they're cheap
Missing parts, stalled jobs and at-risk delivery dates surface early — when there's still time to react, not after the panel is held up.
Hand over clean, every time
Test sign-off, FAT and the O&M documentation pack assembled against the job, so nothing ships unverified and the handover is ready on the promised date.
Who it's for
For the people who build LV switchgear and panels.

From the estimation desk to the shop floor — one shared source of truth.
Estimation teams
Keep every enquiry, quote and revision in one place — and stop losing the costing story the moment a job is won.
Panel shops & wiring teams
A clear work queue and real build-stage progress, so the floor knows what's next and what's blocked.
Manufacturing & contracts managers
One view of the whole portfolio — what's at risk, what's on time, and a full audit trail from enquiry to handover.
Explore by job

FAQ
Questions, answered.
How is KonstanTrack priced?
Pricing is quote-based and depends on your team size and how you work. Tell us a little about your setup via the form below and we'll put together a proposal — no obligation.
Is it built for switchgear and panel building specifically?
Yes. KonstanTrack is designed around the LV switchgear and electrical panel workflow — estimation, GA/schematic and BOM revisions, build-stage progress, FAT and the handover pack — rather than being a generic project tool bent to fit.
How do you handle our data and security?
Security is a first-class concern, not an afterthought. Data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. The platform follows defence-in-depth: least-privilege access, server-side validation of everything, and a small, controlled attack surface. As a UK business handling personal data we operate under UK GDPR with a clear privacy policy, data minimisation and a defined retention policy.
Where is our data stored?
Data is held in managed, encrypted infrastructure. We can talk through hosting region, backups and retention as part of your quote so it fits your own compliance requirements.
Can it replace our spreadsheets and email chains?
That's the point. The aim is one home for every job from enquiry to handover, so estimation data, build status and documentation stop living in scattered spreadsheets and inboxes.
What happens after I request a quote?
Your enquiry comes straight to us. We'll review what you've shared and get back to you to understand your workflow before proposing anything — so the quote reflects how your shop actually runs.
Still have a question? Request a quote and we'll answer it.
